i wake up, my bberry tour screen is black and wont turn on, i take the battery out and put it back in and it starts, but once to the home screen the keys dont work, not even the track ball, but it loads to my home screen. is there any way to revive my bberry tour????
please help me im in china and theres no verizon stores
Have you gotten the phone wet ever? Even months ago you might have gotten it wet under the trackball and it just now might be showing the effects of it.
I'd try to reload the os. Did you install any 3rd party yesterday? If the os reload don't work its hardware. Definitely wipe the device before you reload the os.

If you reload the OS and that fails, you may have a hardware claim on your hands. Contact your carrier and you should be eligible for a free replacement. Just make sure you backup using the Desktop Manager software before you turn in the old device!
