computer to recognize my phone or at least link it with desktop manager. Apparently I need a software device driver update. But I can't seem to find what I need. The disk that came with it isn't helping. HELP
The one thing I noticed is that in the device I manager it showed the COM was disabled. So when I went to configure I didn't know what to do next or that was even what could be the problem. My desktop manager just isn't seeing my phone connected to the computer.
