What is the secret to keeping the password active after the screen is locked yet NOT have to enter a password every time the screen just goes dark?

Have searched the forums to no avail for the answer to this. Anyone have an answer?

Change your security timeout in options -> password

In your password settings, set you timeout to whatever you desire and make sure that "Lock Device Upon Holstering" is set to "No".

Thank you very much. I've adjusted the settings and I'm sure this will take care of the situation! Again, thanks!!

Tested it out and shifty 646 was right on. However, I leave my "lock in holster" on because I DO want that to happen. Otherwise, I have the timeout set for the maximum length. During that time, if I want the screen locked, I click the lock button. Perfecto.
