Default Password Keeper Trouble

When I try to access Password Keeper in my 9630 I get the message.
"Password entry created on 10-21-2009 is protected by a old password. Please enter the old password to convert the entry:"

I never had a old password. I created a password when I got the phone and never had a problem accessing PK before. Anyone know if there is a default password? I've tried, the password I created, 0000, 00000, and 1234.
Nothing lets me into PK.
Any help?

Whoa. Weird. I'd def try a battery pull as a quick first step if you haven't already.

Have you done any recent firmware updates? It's possible you could try a selective restore of just the password keeper from a backup that you have done prior to this problem.

Back it up now before you try anything.

Try the device password you have set on the device or if this was transferred from a different device perhaps that device had a password. Try those suggestions.

If that won't work, try restoring it from a previous backup and see if that helps.
