    I placed my Tour order on the 1st day via Telesales. I don't have a order number and the sales rep says they won't give order numbers until the 12th. Has anyone experienced this?

    Did you order it online or via telephone. Online, I got a confirmation notice etc. When speaking to a rep. via telephone, I got nothing.

    Via phone, He says he'll call on sunday to give me the info I just don't want to wait and realize that there was a problem with the order.

    Same scenario here with telesales. It does not bother me, but it seems to annoy others.

    I did the same thing and ordered via telephone and that did not sit well with me so I ordered online and got a confirmation etc from them. When the sales guy calls me on the 12th, I will tell him that he can convert the online order to him if he wants but at least I know that the order has been placed. If he says that he cannot do that then I will tell him to cancel his order and go with the one online with the confirmation on it.
