i have verizon wireless
when purchasing a blackberry tour, should you go to the store or online?
assume i have an upgrade available

basically you have to ask yourself do I want the phone now or could I wait, and do you want to pay for the mail in rebate up front (in store) or instant rebate (online). Oh if you don't have a pda phone now go in the store so they can show you some things being if you're new to bb

Or you could buy it at Best Buy and get the best of both worlds, you get the phone today and still don't have to mess with a mail in rebate.
