if you have a Tour, plug your phone in, check download manager it should be able to provide it.

where is the download manager? my girlfriend has a tour and doesnt like the new os so wants me to downgrade the os

Older versions can still be found ,,, just google the version you want a read into a few of the pages. Many have the direct download links.
