How in the heck do you use the # key while on a call? I was prompted to enter a number "followed by the pound key" and could not get it to work. Alt+Q doesn't seem to work when you're on a call. Ideas?
You don't press alt+Q. You just press Q. When you're in the phone app, "#", "*" and the numbers become active without having to press "alt". If you wanted to enter the letter for some reason, THEN you'd press alt plus the letter.
