it's my first BB and i've only had it for like 2 weeks plus, but so far, no complaints.. LOVE LOVE IT.. its my first smartphone.. and I love it... BB all the way for me!

I really like the Tour. I even think the Browser is better than advertised.

I love it switching from a storm and having a physical keyboard makes a world of difference. I also like having increase in memory I'm not worried at all about running out.

I think that the tour Is a great device. I came from the storm and can say the only time I have needed to reset the device is when I have done a new software install. Well worth the money put in for the device.
