I talked with a VZW rep using the live chat on the website just 5 minutes ago, hoping to talk her into letting me use my upgrade a few weeks early. She said it would be ok, but then told me that the Tour was not available as an upgrade? Has anyone else had this problem recently?

I was under the impression that we would be able to upgrade to the Tour, but now this has just confused me. Anybody have any thoughts?

I am pretty sure VZW would not exclude existing, paying customers from a certain phone they carry. That would basically be illegal.

Just spoke with another rep and she had no idea what the first one was talking about. Sorry if I confused any of you. If a mod could delete this thread that would be great.
