    Default Noob question. How to download photos from Tour to computer?

    As you well guessed, I'm a Treo to Tour noob and am trying to learn about the new device. I have a bunch of photos and videos that I've taken with the Tour and would now like to download them to my PC. When the Tour is connected to my computer, I can see the phone and open the "Media Card" file but there are no images there (just a demo mp3 file).

    How can I easily extract the photos and vids from the phone?

    Did you enable mass storage mode on your BB?

    Options->Memory.

    Enable mass storage mode, like above ^
    Then just open in "MY computer" and drag and drop files

    Ok thanks folks. I had "Mass Storage" enabled but not "AutoConnect Mass Storage". Changing that option allowed me to see the folders and download the images and vids. Thanks.

    Or remove your microSD card and place it in an SD adapter and upload via SD reader.
