Just recently upgraded form .41 to the latest version that Verizon has released OTA.

I noticed that my Facebook, Myspace and Blackberry Messenger icons were missing. I thought that they had been removed so I reinstalled them, or at least tried to.

None of the applications I am installing are showing up on my phone. Have checked all the folders and checked to see if they were "hidden." None of the icons can be found. When I looked in the "Applications" under "Advanced Options" it indicates that the applications are installed.

I tried uninstalling them then installing them again, doing that with battery pulls instead of the restart command it prompts for after installing.

Is anyone else having this issue with their Tour 9630?

Check the "downloads" folder. If they are not there, then try to change your theme to see if they mysteriously reappear.

resend your service books from your "email settings" icon. go to it, log in, and hit menu>service books>send service books.. they should pop up.
