Hello guys, i just bought a unlocked Blackberry Tour 9630 from Verizon on ebay, it doesn't have WiFi so I have to use the 3G internet. I live in Brazil, anyways, so when I try to connect to the browser it says: "No service book entries. Please contact your service provider to enable the Browser on your device." So I was searching for help and everyone has entries on service book, but when I go to options > advanced > Service Book > * No Entries * I try to register but nothing happens, I really don't know what to do, can someone help me? Thanks

Alternatively, contact your service provider and ask them to setup BIS (Blackberry Internet Service) on your account.

Hello guys, I just bought a unlocked Blackberry from Verizon on Ebay, I live in Brazil so that makes thinks more complicated, anyways, after calling Blackberry and my service provider I realized that they didn't how to deal with it, so I searched for help on internet and I found that my service book has no entries either my host routing table, and when I try to register that host routing table it says that the message has send but nothing happens, I really don't know that to do. In my mind I think that I have to download all the service books again, but I don't know where I can find it. I also tried to register on that BlackBerry Internet Service in my country but I also didn't get results. By the way, the only application that works with the internet is Foursquare. Additional things: they have a plan here in Brazil for Blackberry, I'm already on this plan, but guess what, can't use the internet, can someone please help me, it would be awesome, Im trying to fix it for like a mouth. Thanks.

To use data services with your unlocked Blackberry first, you need a Blackberry data plan activated by your carrier..and once you get the BIS account you can update the service books on your device to activate the data plan on your device.

@Kip, do you have a Blackberry Data Plan? You'll need one in order to use the data services on your phone.

Thank you for this, I registered to the website for the thanks. I was used to having no internet on the phone, until this website came up lol. Thank you, will the service book also apply for the mms? Can I also receive and send pictures now?
Edit: I can browse the internet, but I cannot use email? apps, send or receive mms. I'm on simple mobile. Internet works fine.
