I am on .230 and I have noticed that with only one of my contacts when I get a text message I get the alert but no notification on my screen. It sux cause if I don't hear it I never know I get a message from this person. What makes it worse is that I get messages from this person all the time so it's not a one in a while issue. Anyone know any solutions?

yes I do, the xmas theme that was given away, but it does it with the stock theme too.

If you hit the "End" button to back out while in a message it acts as if the message is still open and wont give you an on-screen notification. You have to hit the back button to receive notifications. The way sms is set up is if you have a convo open and that person sends you another sms then it doesnt require an on-screen notification.
