Just upgraded to BB Tour from a World Edition. No one I call can hear me - they tell me my voice is either very faint or they can hear nothing at all. Anyone else experienced this problem? Any ideas? Thanks so much!

I get it sometimes, but I just have to repeat what I say. It gets very annoying at times, but I learned to cope with it. I doubt you are alone on this one. Best thing to do is to swap it if you have your 30 days.

There is a long thread on MUFFLED Tours.

While there are a few observations that newer OS might cure the problem, a new Tour is probably a better idea. Exchange it.
