    i went to Sprint store to exchange my Tour for the trackball issue but they couldn't do it because i'm out of 30days and they said the manager needs to approve it but he is out so i have to go back to the store tomorrow. While i was there i asked the lady whether they have a new shipment of Tours recently and she said yes. So i asked her to check for me whether the boxes has green dot and she checked it infront of me but i don't see any green dot at the UPC area.

    So my question Sprint doesn't make green dot tour or should i go to other sprint store and check again?

    You can exchange out of the 30days you just get a refurb

    Green dots are Verizon shipping marks, for Sprint you'll want to look at the manufacture date on the box label.
    Anything manufactured after the 2nd of August (08/02/09) should be ok.

    Is there any way to tell the manufacture date if you didnt get a box...I just got my third new one...this one came from a service center and is new but no box.
