    I just got a replacement Tour today for call and calendar issues. I can't send or receive emails and get a "Transaction error-failure at service" error. I have re-sent my service books twice and tried to re-activate/program my phone and still the same error and no email. help!

    How did you restore your email accounts? Did you use DM Device Switch or install them from scratch?

    just figured it out, thanks for your question, made me remember to go to email wizard and transfer the accounts!
