Default No Browser!

Hi,
I have a Verizon BB tour 9630 unlocked to att.
There is no browser icon or MMS. I have talked to many customer service ppl and they have not helped. I do have the BB data plan and BIS. Email works and so does texting/calling.
I have the BB Desktop Software and under applications is says the status to browser is "Required" but i do not have the option to add or remove application from device. PLEASE HELP!!
i need the browser!

When you resend service books, do they say Verizon or AT&T?

I have resent the service books under advanced options / host routing table. I then get a confirmation email..but nothing else happens. Where would it say Verizon or att?

Go into Options & drill down to Service Books. By looking down the list you should be able to tell if they are Verizon or AT&T service books. Specifically ensure that BlackBerry Internet Browsing Service is present.

Under service books there is about 11 different things listed.
Nothing showing if att or version though..

Therein lies the problem. Does AT&T support the Tour? Somehow you need to get that service book from AT&T in order to have an internet browser.

The tour is not an att blackberry. Does that mean there is no way to get the service books on it? Can Verizon send them to the phone?
