..So when I make/receive calls I can't nor can the person calling me hear anything.

In the top left corner of the call screen there is a headphone icon where the proper icon is supposed to be. Could it be that my headphone jack is damaged or malfunctioning or.. I don't know what else it could be, any suggestions?

Put your headphones in make a call twist pull out push in twist till it works. Mine did the same thing. think the jack might be damaged

Did it work?? I've got the same problem here except that it works fine with music but not during calls!
