Hello,

My BlackBerry 9630 has no audio. I will be on the phone when suddenly I won't be able to hear the other person talking. I hang up but when I try to ring them back I can't hear the calling tone or the person talking and they can't hear me either.

When I get someone to ring me the same happens but also my ringtone won't work neither will any other notification sound nor any music stored on my phone or online

Sounds like a hardware issue more than anything else.. I suppose you could try reinstalling the OS to see if that helps but I get the feeling it won't. Time to ask for a replacement, IMO.
