T-Mobile Service books can found on T-Mobile BIS site. A simple Google search will provide crackutil info.

Have you tried the "Search" feature on this forum? I'm quite positive that if you do, you will find what you're looking for. Also, no offense, but if you're "kinda dumb" as you stated, I would steer clear of crakutil.
