I had a Samsung SCH-I760, and literally hated it. Since I was still under my two year contract, I purchased a tour off ebay and had it turned on. My issue is this: My trackball is garbage! Verizon would let me get insurance because I didn�t purchase the phone from them. BB�s terms, state that their one year warranty is only for the original owner, so I�m shot there also.
My question is this; do I have any recourse to get this phone fixed/replaced?
Assuming you haven't had it for more than 45 days, the selller has to accept the return, it's part of ebay/paypal's buyer protection.
If the seller refuses the return, go into paypal and open a dispute, state the item does not work. If the seller refuses, move the dispute into a claim.
