need help tour key pad does not work

hey everyone, a couple of days ago i was using my phone and it froze then i took out the battery and put it back in and after it says verizon it turns black. i plugged in my charger and i can see my wallpaper and my clock but my key pad does not work. this may be a re post and i've tried everything to make it work. if anyone knows how to fix this problem please let me know ty.

I am facing the same issue except when I press the del key/enterkey/p key/right shift key it works for 1 or 2 intended tasks then keypad gets locked again I have the repeat the same from beginning

Try to replace your Keypad Membrane, it may be broken. If it's doesn't work, there might be a Hardware damage and there is nothing you can do except call your carrier
