Need Help

OK hi people so i have tried to bring back my dead blackberry from the dead but it hasn't worked at all so i was thinking if any good Samaritan can come to my help and help me, i would all be smiling BBMin' Because i even tried reverting back to the old Os but it didn't work i was wondering if anyone of u can help me with a blackberry tour 9630 from Sprint with a system aka the back up and u can upload it on the web and i can download it and i can try to bring it back using someone else backup the i can load the Os properly. please pple help me if u have a blackberry tour from sprint help me with Ur back up and i would truly appreciate

I was thinkin of gettin a back up from another blackberry tour en i can use it to revert back my tour which got nuked en everytime i try the laptop doesnt recognise it
