For the past 2 weeks I was on vacation in Walt Disney World, so I took a lot of photos and one video with my Tour. Anyway a few days ago I noticed the zoom option was not zooming in, but I can still take pictures or video. I looked in the camera options but I am not sure what to do or should I take it to a Bell store and see what they say?

Mine was like that out of the box. The setting default to MMS sized video. You cannot zoom on this setting. Change to the larger size, and you should be able to zoom with no problem.

It's already on the largest size.

Try a battery reset.

If the battery reset doesn't work, you can try wiping the handheld device of everything; not sure if you want to take this route though..
