My tour doesn't find my bluetooth - comes up as Audio Device

So I've been trying to pair any of the 3 bluetooth devices I have to my Tour. Bluetooth is on. I put device into pairing mode and search from my phone. It will find all that I have in pairing mode but it doesn't read who they are - they all come up as "Audio Device" and when I try and connect to any of them, it says "Unable to pair with Audio Device. Try again?"
I've had several devices paired in the past - but when my Jawbone died I started using wired from my car - it was clearer for business calls. But now I need to use a bluetooth in my other car and I can't get any to pair.
Any ideas?
