    My Tour is constantly rebooting and I can't do anything with it. Any suggestions.

    have the same problem, no error messages, happens randomly at random times of the day and while performing random tasks, not app or battery related, just called in a replacement for a droid incredible because this is the third tour with the same problem, maybe im just super unlucky

    Mine is doing the same thing but I do get an error message that says "Technical Issues" Please return to place of purchase"...What the heck? Now it says Reload Software: 507? What can a person do to get my cell back so I can work today? Help me please please pelase....anyone?

    I took my BBTour into Sprint service and the Tech said that the rebooting 5-8 times a day was a common hardware problem - about 1 in 100? He said there was no fix for it and at some point the phone will fail to open the OS. I am not sure if he just wanted to sell me a new phone or his warning was sincere. However, I put a new battery in the phone 2 days ago and phone has not gone through its rebooting malady yet.
