While traveling to the east coast from Kansas City, my phone has been experiencing all kinds of problems I previously did not experience from getting emails over and over after being deleted to, most recently, not being able to update my roaming because it won't allow me to dial the asterisk for *228. Does anyone know if this is a software issue and, if so, can a call to Verizon fix it? Thanks.
