Here's a problem - i just got my tour, downloaded the free buzzme tin can app (whatever it's called, the one that gives you vibrate and ring tone). But when i'm in a crowded place and someone calls me, I hit the 'mute' button to silence their ringer

which it does

for like 1 second. then it rings loudly again, i hit mute again, stops, rings again, etc.

i dont want to hit ignore everytime i cant answer a call.

why cant i silence my ringer when someone calls, and have it stay off until it's done ringing!

I don't use that app, but for me to silence a ring I just hit the down volume rocker button.
