    I'm not trying to start a fight, I just want to get his opinion on all this. He was so adamant on how phone trainings go for reps, I want to see how it unfolded for him.

    apparently it was felt by some that employee training would precede the release of a new device by about 2 weeks, and since there was no training there couldn't be a new device.

    I don't know what this is all about, but to my knowledge nslasha is correct; training was made available to Verizon Wireless employees at least a week and a half ago.

    Of course I'm right lol. I'm a retail employee and had to take the training. I did it on july 4th
