    Default Mobile network turns off all the time

    My wife has a blackberry tour 9630 with Pageplus carrier, but the mobile network thing turns off all the time. She turns it on and after a few seconds its off again. While its off she can't receive or make calls which makes this a big problem. Is there anyone else with a problem like this, what can we do to fix it ?

    Do a security wipe, and see if it fixes it
    If not, you may have to reload the whole system

    had this issue with my 9900..cant figure it out so i got a new one
    i tried everything

    try resending srevice books

    Thanks, but how can I make a security wipe and how can I reload the whole system ?

    Well, we wiped it now. Lets see how that goes. To do a full reload I need the blackberry desktop software installed right ?
