When I get text messages or videos on my Tour the sound doesn't play. How do I solve this issue?

You may have the SMS/MMS tones set to silent or no tone assigned. Go to your Sounds--->Set Ring Tones/Alerts--->Messages. Check both SMS Text and MMS and see what settings you have. Perhaps these need to be changed for your alerts to sound off. Hope this will help.
