I am having a problem when I recieve a slideshow through MMS. When I open the message is immediately goes to the last slide, even if I go to restart in the menu it shows the last slide. The only way to view the other slides is to select previous slide in the menu and view them one at a time.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

had this problem on 8330 and will not auto play any voice or sound with pics & no it's not on mute. help

Same problem on 8330, very very annoying. I would prefer to view it as a list instead of a slideshow, if that is possible I have not yet figured out how.

I would like to know also. My friend sent me a picture of her new baby, the picture was barely up for a second then went to the last slide which was only text. I could not save the picture.

I am having the same problem and it is driving me crazy. I went to the sprint store and the tech told me to check out crackberry.com, still no answer.
