I had installed it many months ago and have been using it without a problem. I use to be able to change input languages just by pressing alt + enter, but sudden I cant change. When I press alt + enter it just creates a new line in text.. It disappeared.
When I go into options to view what input languages are available it only display English.
On the Blackberry Desktop Manager, it shows I have only Japanese Characters and Font Support installed.
Under "East Asian Language and Input Support" Japanese is not listed anymore. It disappeared from here also. Only available option is Chinese, Korean, and Thai.
I have tried reinstalling the Desktop Software manager but that didn't help.
I have never tried restoring my phone to an earlier backup yet, I am trying to find if there is any other known solutions..
