I hooked up my tour with the usb cable. Windows explorer opens to view the files. The only folder that shows up is the music folder, how come??? I have to use either Roxio media manager, which is painfully slow, or remove the media card and stick it in the card reader, not as convenient, for all folders on the media card to show up. What gives????

I had the same issue a couple of weeks ago. Make sure you go in to options>Memory and enable media card support. The rest of your folders should show up.
