    I am a new BlackBerry owner, so I am still getting used to things. Today after I unhooked from my computer, my browser icon is missing and I can't seem to find it. How do I get it back??

    Go to options ----> advanced options---> Host Routing Table, select it and click register now!

    If that doesn't work call your provider and ask them to resend the service books.
