I got the tour first thing on sunday morning. recently had a 8330 curve and had the vm feature deactivated on the phone. i hate voicemail. anyway...i activated the voicemail on the tour and 3 times in a 48 hour span....random vm's pop up on the phone without the phone even ringing. when i call the people back they said my phone rang a bunch of times before the VM ppicked up, yet the phone never rang on my end. Whats the deal....seems like my old curve was the better option...good thing i still have it...i may switch back
This was happening with my fiancee's phone for a while when we were testing out profiles. For some reason, on every profile other than Normal, the phone would not ring nor display the incoming call screen. A battery pull fixed the problem.
