Whenever I click on "Sms and Mms" or "messages", nothing happens. It just freezes up until i hit end, and then I can resume scrolling around the home screen. Every other Icon on the homescreen works, including BBM. Does anybody know what to do?
1) How long has it been doing this?
2) How long have you had the BB?
3) What OS is on the device?
4) Do you receive any error msgs?
5) Does it happen everytime or periodically?
6) Have you recently upgraded the OS or added any 3rd party messaging apps?
