Presumably you mean that the message alert indicator on the top of the screen appears on the other side ????

Just a glitch. Happens sometimes. No big deal. Nothing you can do about it.

Its not glicth depending upon what notifications you have or are getting will determine where it goes. If you have email and a bbm or an app icon up then it will move

Nope.

Sometimes the BBM notification will mysteriously appear in a location different from the normal location.

It's a glitch.
