My tour is on a BES ... recently my memos stopped wirelessly synching with my outlook. I went to options in the memopad to check if wireless sync was turned on and the option is gone. I did some searching and found that by going to Enterprise Activation and doing ALT-CNFG, changing wireless to off then on will sometimes fix the problem ... doing that brough my wireless sync option back (for a while) but it did not actually work.
Any suggestions other than deleting my account on the BES and starting over? Everything else (email, calendar, contacts, tasks) works fine.
