    When I listen to a podcast or a song on my blackberry tour, it back to the beginning of the podcast or song when I receive a call or e-mail.

    Try putting your phone on vibrate. That seemed to help me when I was experiencing that same issue.

    That's the work around I use too. I hope .53 fixes it though.
