My tour went from working perfect to crap out of nowhere. I changed my alarm setting to vibrate only and put it in my shirt pocket, took it out 5 min later and phone was off..hrrmm had to pull battery to get it on. Turns out that it's not off but the screen is just off and no buttons work at all to wake it up.
If I pull battery it reboots I can move the ball which selects my six shortcut options but I cannot click anything and no other buttons work tried them all. So when my tour lights go out I will not come back on because no buttons work. Any idea's?
I have to wait for my wife to get home to call verizon.
It's running the version that verizon gives with wireless update for the last week or so.
