Do a hard reset-Pull the battery and keep it out for about 2-3 minutes then reinstall.
I assume you are speaking about installing 5.0 on your phone from the computer? If you lost that app loader you just need to go through the setup of the 5.0 operating system on the computer again and then delete the vendor.xml file.
