I had my phone on silent mode all day while at work, but when i returned home and switched to Med or Normal, i have no audio (no ring on a call, no alert on BBM or SMS) I tried watching a video and listening to music but no audio either. When i plug in head phones the audio works with music and videos but no alerts.

Any ideas?

So woke up this morning, took phone out of silent, and its back to normal. Not sure what changed or if i did anything.

i had tried that and a "alt, shift, del" reset but niether had fixed the problem.
