guys what are Level 1 and PIN Alerts on Tour?

Also, I think due to switching tours, I think i have dead gmail/hotmail icons. Can I delete these icons then re-pushed? what is the correct procedure? do you have to delete from email settings first, then delete from Options, Advanced Options, and also delete from Service Books? then batt. pull then go back to email settings and load the hotmail and gmail again?

first you need your service book resent so you need to log into your provider email sever if you have VZW ie

also PIN is just another way to send a message to other BB users. it uses the data package instead of via web wail

i have sprint. but i think you can do the same thing in "email settings" can't ya from the bb?

If you have more than one email coming to you BB you can take advantage of the Level 1.

I have BES and BIS. My BIS (one of my GMAIL accounts) I have set to FWD all as LEVEL 1. This allows me to look at my BB inbox and see what came from where. OEM themes show LEVEL 1 in RED text and regular messages in BLACK. You could also you this if you have a few email accounts thru BIS and want to have one "stick out".

I've often wondered how to do this but I was too lazy to search and didn't want to start a thread; so, now that we're here, can you explain how to establish an e-mail account as level 1. I have three accts and I would love to have one of them come in highlighted.

everytime i try going to that site it tells me to go from my device and log on and then when I do try logging on i get an gateway error saying to try another site or contact my network provider

What gives?!? it's only this site and i can't get on to register!!
