use app loader and search for the .alx file... i have the same os as u there is only one os that is out for the tour(also worked on curve, curve 2, storm, and the tour)

I did what ^ you wrote but I got this pop up message.

BlackBerry� Desktop Manager failed to validate your BlackBerry� device update.

Validation failed because a module marked for update (net_rim_tid_dynamic_transcoding_data_Shift_JIS) is not available on local disk.

What do I do? I don't get it.
