I am currently getting a KB19454 error when trying to synch my BB and Mac. The error message reads:

"The Address Book database cannot be accessed for synchronization.

For help resolving this issue, refer to KB19454 in the BlackBerry Desktop Manager Knowledge Base."

This only started after updating from the original OS to the official VZW 5.0 release last night. Some of my contacts are now repeating several times.

I am getting the same error since the OS update, including the trackball that does not click, will keep looking for a solution.

The solution is to get rid of Verizon's official update, which is well known around these parts to be all-around world-class garbage...

5.0.0.419, .484 official are good, as is the 5.0.0.643 leak...

I'm not sure about the KB message you're receiving, but the repeating contacts is definitely a known issue with Verizon's official 5.0.0.591. I suggest looking up a thread about proper upgrade/downgrade procedure, and choose either Sprint's official 5.0.0.484 (I think you have to delete some kind of vendor.xml file to make it compatible with a non-Sprint Tour) or the unofficial .643. I can personally attest that the .484 is very stable and does NOT have the repeating contact issue. Best of luck!
