if there is no browser icon do a battery pull for 30 seconds and boot it back up and it should appear... if not you are going to have to call tech support

Your browser is a globe. And the best way to learn a BB is these forums they are full of great knowledge, hints, tips and awesome shortcuts. Just search what your looking for or just start going through them.

The battery shouldn't be that hard to get out. Just grab both sides of the top of it and pull the top back towards you. Don't use a ruler LOL.

Every time you pull a battery the phone does a hard reboot and you will always get a white screen and a blue bar that fills up while reboot just stay calm its all good.
