My Tour is saying that I can't send SMS texts because the radio is turned off, it won't let me setup my AOL e-mail because it only gives me one option for BlackBerry Enterprise e-mail or something like that...how I reset the phone to factory settings? I just opened it and set it up but idk if I did something wrong.

After you turn on radio it will give you the option to setup a BIS account.
1. hit your BB button (menu button) and find manage connections, turn on the mobile network.
2. After you turn it on, do you see the web browser? if not, bb button> options>advanced options>host routing table> bb button> register
you should have your browser now.
3. find your setup folder and run the setup wizard, then run the email setting wizard if the setup wizard doesnt prompt you.
