Italian language in Blackberry Tour Verizon?

Hi!
I've got a BB Tour 9630 branded Verizon Wireless that haven't got italian languages.
In the language option there are only english and english USA. How can I install the italian also?

these are the specific of my phone:

Blackberry Tour 9630
PIN 30BDC14B
Software version 5.0 bundle 1600 (v5.0.0.975 platform 4.2.0.424)

Please help me!!!!

Did you get your phone second hand? If so, the previous owner probably "shrunk" it out.

Here are the basic steps:

1. Download the device software that contains the language pack. In your case, you want the one that's named: "9630AllLang_v5.0.0.975_P4.2.0.424" from Verizon.

2. Install it on your computer

3. Download and Run Desktop Manager 6.0.. Connect phone to your PC.

4. Go to Applications and Click "+" on Italian.

5. Hit Apply

no i didn't get it second hand. that's happened when it runs an upgrade of the OS. i've seen your link, but on desktop software the list of application gather together only the apps i've downloaded:

telmap5, BB app world, facebook and twitter

and nothing appear about other languages

Sorry, I was editing my reply..

You need to have the "9630AllLang_v5.0.0.975_P4.2.0.424" from Verizon installed on your computer in order for Desktop manager to show the languages.

i've downloaded the file 9630AllLang_v5.0.0.975_P4.2.0.424, but is not an .exe file that i can install.
it's a zip file in which there are a lot of other files and no one named italian.

I'm uploading the installer for you. Its taking a little while though. I tested it and it has the Italian language pack and it will install through desktop manager. I'll post a link as soon as its up.

Here you go.. Just click on the link to start the download. Unzip, then run the installer.

Note:

-Make sure you do a full backup of your phone before adding the language pack..just in case

-Backup all your 3rd party apps

-When installing the language pack, make sure you also click "+" on the apps you want installed, otherwise they will be deleted.
